Pacific Storytime & Play

Storytime for Kids shares Pacific stories, beautifully woven in Pacific culture, art, song and dance. We share stories for kids, tales passed on from elders to communities throughout Niue, Samoa and Solomon Islands.

This app features vibrant storytelling seeking to entertain and educate kids. The stories share life lessons that draw on traditional and local stories, told through dialogue, music, sound, dance, and song. The stories celebrate, enhance and preserve culture, language and knowledge, through children’s media.

This app is as part of Storytime and Play - a vibrant children’s media and creative play movement for children in the Pacific.
Key project partners include Plan International Australia, New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), Dreamcast, Rocksteady, Samoa GEM and Big hART.
